Motion Fitness Exergaming Workshop is a separate facility conveniently located inside the Buehler YMCA, Chicagoland’s largest YMCA. Motion Fitness Exergaming Workshop is a dedicated location for research and training of Exergaming and Kids Fitness for YMCA's. Schools, JCC's, Park Districts, Hospitals all health organizationsworldwide.

Objective:
The objective of the Exergaming Workshop will be focused on developing innovative products & programs for kids and young adults. Creating Healthy Kids for communities across the nation with an emphasis on:
Activity – Physical fitness
Learning – Improve learning and development skills
Behavior – Develop social and behavioral skills

Program:
The program will consist of the following:
• Testing of products for approval
• Developing programs
• Training for staff, facilities
• Seminars, discussion groups through Monthly Workshops
